Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and pick a username that does not impersonate someone else. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think it was used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use Input to:
- Break the law, or harm, harass, or impersonate others.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or anyone else’s.
- Share others’ private information without a right to do so.
- Send malware, spam, or content we are not allowed to process.
- Resell access or scrape the service in a way that burdens it.
Your content
You keep rights to what you put into Input. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to run the service, including through providers we use to operate it. We may remove content or suspend an account that violates these terms.
Our content
Input’s names, software, and design are ours or our licensors’. These terms do not transfer ownership. Do not use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you without permission.
Availability
The service may change, break, or stop. We may update, suspend, or end features without notice.
Disclaimer
Input is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Input Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Input. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as they can.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Input and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we must shut down to protect the service. Some sections (including disclaimers and liability) survive after the account ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using Input and ask us to close your account.
